Casa Maria is a single-level villa in Vistacana, a gated resort community in Punta Cana — about 10 minutes from Punta Cana International Airport, with the beaches of Bávaro a short drive away. Everything lives on one easy floor: three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, an open kitchen, living and dining space, and sliding glass doors that pull the pool deck into everyday life.
The house is rented whole, and only whole — it's always entirely yours. It's furnished end to end with high-end pieces and calm, coastal decor, so it feels tailored rather than rented.

A fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertops, a double wall oven, a gas cooktop and a full-size fridge — plus a coffee station for slow mornings. The dining area sits open to the living room, so nobody cooks alone.

A private pool with a waterfall feature anchors the fenced backyard, and a covered pergola carport gives you private, shaded parking just steps from the front door.
