List every person staying (including yourself) — the house sleeps a maximum of 6 guests. Arrival date is only needed if it differs from check-in.

House policies

Please read each policy and check your agreement. These are the same policies you will sign on arrival.

🎵 Music & quiet policy — Read the full policy
  1. Music at a moderate volume is welcome — inside the house and in the backyard.
  2. Casa Maria sits in Vistacana, a gated residential community with neighbors nearby. Please keep the volume at a level that stays within the property.
  3. Respect the community’s quiet hours: in the evening, turn the music down and keep it indoors.
  4. No loudspeakers, DJ equipment, or parties of any kind.
  5. Vistacana’s community rules apply to all guests throughout the stay, and community security may enforce them.
📋 Operational rules — Read the full policy
  1. Always observe our music & quiet policy, agreed to separately above.
  2. Pets are not allowed on the premises.
  3. Smoking is allowed outdoors only, in uncovered areas — never inside the house.
  4. Guests who are not on the reservation are not allowed in the house.
  5. No celebrations or events of any kind are allowed.
  6. Furniture may not be moved in any area of the property.
  7. The pool is used at guests’ own risk — there is NO lifeguard, and minors must be supervised by an adult at all times.
  8. Bath and pool towels are changed every three days. White towels may not be used in the pool area or outside the property.
  9. Check-out is 10:00 AM. Staff arrive one hour before departure to review the property.
🛡️ Liability waiver — Read the full policy
  1. I am voluntarily staying at this property and understand that a home with a private pool involves inherent risks.
  2. I take full responsibility for my own safety while moving around the property and acknowledge the owner is not liable for slips, trips or falls inside the property.
  3. I use the swimming pool entirely at my own risk and understand no lifeguard is on duty at any time.
  4. I will supervise any minors in my care at all times, particularly in and around the pool and on wet surfaces near it.
  5. I will follow all posted house rules, including no diving and not using the pool during inclement weather (such as lightning or heavy rain).
  6. I release, waive and discharge the owners and operators of the property from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action related to personal injury, property damage or accidental death arising from my stay.
  7. I am in adequate physical condition for my stay and have no medical conditions that would be aggravated by use of the pool.
☀️ Solar power & air conditioning — Read the full policy
  1. Electricity is included — the house runs on solar power.
  2. Please run a maximum of two air-conditioning units at the same time.
  3. Switch the air conditioning off whenever you leave the house.
  4. Consumption beyond what the solar system produces switches over to the power company and is billed additionally.
💵 Security deposit & ID — Read the full policy
  1. The minimum stay at Casa Maria is 6 nights.
  2. Direct (private) reservations require a refundable security deposit: US$500 per stay, or US$1,000 for monthly stays.
  3. The deposit is returned after check-out, once the house is verified to be in good order.
  4. Reservations made through Airbnb do not require a deposit — Airbnb’s own protections apply.
  5. To complete registration, the reservation holder must send us a photo of their government ID or passport by WhatsApp.
