Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
Does the house have a private pool?
Yes — Casa Maria has its own private pool with a waterfall feature, set in a fully fenced backyard just for you.
Is electricity included?
Yes — Casa Maria runs on solar power, and electricity is included in the nightly rate. We ask guests to run at most two A/C units at the same time and to switch the A/C off when leaving the house. If a stay uses more than the solar system produces, the additional electricity drawn from the power company is billed separately — we explain the details when you book.
